You want glasses that will protect your eyes from all the U.V. radiation

What's good for shooting is not so good for sailing. Yellow and brown
lenses
increase daytime contrast, but make certain colors invisible. When
sailing, it's
nice to be able to see EVERYTHING, and in the correct colors. It's also
a
lot
more pleasant if part of the reason you go sailing is to enjoy the
sights.
