Great ISP you use, you received Harry's email almost immediately. Have you
had problems with your ISP losing incoming email? I assume you must have
problem with them losing your outgoing email, and that is why you had to
respond to Harry in rec.boats.

You may want to see if you have any other ISP in Halifax. Normally if I
click on the reply button, I can reply to my email directly to the sender.
To my knowledge they have never lost one of my reply's.
