Krause has made the statement many times that he only comes here is to cut
and paste off topic news articles, he has no desire to even discuss the off
topic articles, he sole purpose for being here is to **** of the right wing
trash that hang out in rec.boats. He has also made the statement many times
that he has no desire to participate in on topic discussions because he is
bored with all the same topics being discussed over and over again.

It seems funny that he thinks your On Topic cut and paste is going to
destroy the NG.

Here's what it is: JimH and the "Smith" fellow, who posts here under at
least a dozen different handles, are doing whatever they can to shove
what remains of tnis newsgroup down the drain. JimH has said as much.
He's ****ed because Chuck Gould occasionally posts a boat review here,
and he considers that spam, so he retaliates by posting absolute spam.

That's all there is to it.
