Well, Tom. It seems like you better stir up a stronger
incantation....this whole Satan thing is starting to get a bit out of
control. Hard to imagine that you have no role in it beyond being the
protector of the unwashed.

By the way, what's your take on the Pope dying....good or evil? And

do
I get to blame the Father of Lies for making my girlfriend miss her
flight this morning? I'm undecided if thats good news or bad news. If
its good for me, and bad for her, then who gets the credit or blame?

And to absolve myself of being somehow responsible for all this by

not
putting a stop to it; "Get thee behind me, Ron_666!"

"Don't worry my little children, I have overcome the world!" Jesus said
this to encourage his people when things are not going exactly how they
thought it should be going. He is always in control, and there is
nothing that He can not do. He already has the Victory over Satan, and
there is nothing else needed than the Testimony of Jesus, and the Blood
of the Lamb. I have no doubt that you are correct when you say that I
had a role in this current situation. The enemy seeks to attack those
who are a threat to his activity. Those who believe in Jesus will
suffer persecution for their faith.

As far as the Pope dying, people get sick and old and die. I know that
each persons death grieves God. I think it amazing that He could be
standing in line at the pearly gates next to Terri S. May be we will
finally meet up there someday, and I can get you that cup of coffee!

As far as your girl friend missing her flight, that would depend on
whether she was coming to see you or not, and whether that was good or
bad or not. Now if she missed her flight because of something you did,
you could be in the dog house. OTH, if she really wanted to be with you
and not leave, and now she can stay longer because of something you
did, well that could be good. However since you are spending time with
us here on the RBP, and not with her, I have to assume that she missed
her flight coming to see you, and so now you are alone, which would
explain your ****y attitude, which I can completely understand. But
then you said that it was good for you and bad for her, which could
mean you have someone else on the side, and I won't go there, but you
can always blame us here on the RBP, and claim it was our fault all
along.

As to absolving yourself, you did not start this, you cannot stop it,
it is not your resposibility, it is not necessarily your Battle, just
don't play on the Battlefield, or aid the enemy and you should be OK.

Well, my point about the Pope was that some Fundamentalists consider
him to be outside the true body of Christ, therefore not truly one of
the saved. Somewhat presumptuous, seeing as the Catholic church is the
largest body of christians in the world. Similarly, there's no chance
that you and I will share a cup of coffee in Heaven, both because it
does't exist, and because I'm not saved and have no intention to
become saved. And unfortunately for you, I should tell you that if
your irritating style of ministry is representative of what it takes
to be a Christian, I want no part of it, now or ever. Nice job.

Last I heard, Teri S wasn't saved either, so your inconsistency in who
to endorse and who to deem a messenger from Satan is curious. It seems
to be based more on whim or politically-supported emotion than
unambiguous interpretation of scripture.

You got the girlfriend thing all wrong, too, but I won't bother with
details. Its quite assumptive and insulting of you to drop a
suggestion that I cheat on her, and I would expect an apology from
anyone reasonable. But my '****y attitude' is because of what I said
above...I find your style of ministry and subtle way of telling people
what to do immensely irritating. Of course, like Scott would
say...there's no law against it, but then again, there's no law
against people finding your personal imaginary battle and doublespeak
a real PITA, either, and responding accordingly.

We've both given a good effort to try to bring the other around, but
you take a perverse pride in your stubbornness, and at this point I
find that I'd rather killfile you than feel so ****y about you being
around. I like to participate constructively to this, and other
newgroups, and I'd rather get back to my contributory, atheist
personna than hopelessy debate netiquette with you. I'll probably
still see some of your posts, but I'll try my best to avoid any direct
conversation, as it only reminds me of how sanctimonious you are. So
you can have any last word you want to me, Tom. I can't deal with you
any more.

Bye now.
