No, I don't think you have it.

*If* Tuuk invades my house, I am capable of shooting him between the eyes
with either a shotgun or a handgun. The fact that I would use a shotgun as
my primary home defense tool is not relevant to my ability to place a
shot. I have been shooting shotguns for at least 40 years, and am quite
capable with shot or with slugs. I assure you that at in the house ranges,
I am capable of putting a shotgun load between someone's eyes. It's not
chest puffery; it's fact. Notice the word "invades." Make sure you know
what that means before you jump to any other erroneous conclusions.

As for what Tuuk's ISP allows, that is the business of Tuuk's ISP. I will
point out, however, that Tuuk's ISP suggested I contact my local police
department and that it in turn would contact the RCMP. What conclusions
you reach about Tuuk and his ISP are up to you. That they probably will
not be grounded in fact obviously makes no difference to someone like you.
