I do not remember Tuuk ever making any posts that would be remotely
considered a threat or make Tuuk guilty of assault. If he was and Harry
actually believe he was, it would be much more effective to use the legal
system, then to give up his long standing opposition to handguns and waste
his time going to the gun range and posting pictures of his gun in
rec.boats.

Since Harry did complain to Tuuk's ISP and they reviewed all of Tuuk's
posts. and he is still using the same ISP, it is fair to say that Tuuk is
not guilty of assault. Since Harry has not used the legal system, it is
fair to say that Harry does not believe Tuuk is guilty of assault, or that
Harry is actually in fear of his life.

It is just another one of Harry's feeble attempts to say "LOOK AT ME, LOOK
AT ME".

Sounds to me as if it would not be a good idea to try to break into his
house as you apparently have threatened to do unless you have some sort of
