Maybe he sent it to katysails? Katy sends multiple complaints from
different places and names so that it sounds like many people are unhappy
with the person being complained about. She doesn't realize that *most*
abuse departments are smart enough to check out the situation not to mention
the headers before pulling someone's account. lol
