Ya

Raise taxes on those over 200,000.

Come on,, what happens when they pull out of the country to a more tax
friendly country? Like the evacuations that happened in Canada. Especially
with doctors. You know socialism does not work for very long before it ruins
a country. All those things sound very nice, very nice in a different world
but who is going to pay for it all? Those who earn over 200,000? So you
remove incentives for betterment. America is in a very difficult time now,
10 t in national debt that your grandchildren will have to pay. Do you know
what China and S.E. Asia will do to you? Your trade deficit is a record
high. You are experiencing economic situations that you cannot fathom. You
have lost your country to multinationals already and as reported yesterday
of the higher income earners and they appear to be Asians. If there is an
exodus of Asians from your country, the higher income earners (on average)
then there goes your expertise. Like Canada losing its doctors, the good
ones to the states. The medical health care system is in shambles. So what
will you do in Canada? Raise Taxes like Kerry wants?? ????

Nope, your country was right to elect the proper candidate. If you do not
like what he looks like, then that is your problem. But for fiscal
responsibility to your grandchildren is another thing.

Damn! Kerry would have been right there, too.

Is this a sign that the "It's Clinton's Fault" excuse is starting to
wear thin?

At least that slogan had some legs. "Kerry Couldn't Have Done Any
Better" is going to sound pretty lame in short order.

No, no. You've got it wrong. Kerry would have done *much* better, which is
why
I'm so disappointed that he lost. Hell, if Kerry had been elected we could
have
expected:

Very sincere expressions of condolences to anyone who suffered anything,
Taxes to go up *only* for those making over $200,000,
The 'No Child Left Behind Act' to be fully funded,
The Iraq Coalition to become much larger very soon, especially with
all the French and German troops that will join,
Everyone able to have the same medical care afforded members of
Congress,
Cheap prescription drugs,
All children going to college,
An immediate end to the nuclear weapons aims of North Korea and Iran,
America to soon be the beloved nation of the entire world,
A tremendous decrease in unemployment,
A huge increase in high-paying jobs,
A resurgence of manufacturing jobs,
A tremendous decrease in outsourcing, with jobs returning to the US,
An energy independent America, with no reliance on Mideast oil,
A modernized military, able to meet all threats,
The failure of terrorist organizations to breed new generations,
A 50% reduction in the deficit,
Enforcement of all of our trade laws, with a complete review in 120
days,
An increase in the minimum wage to $7.00,
The creation of10 million new jobs in his first term,
Changes in credit laws to prevent very high interest rates,
The savings of billions of dollars in medical overhead costs,
The inspection of the 95% of containers entering the country not
currently inspected,
More secure borders,
The hardening of nuclear plants, airports, trains and subways against
attack,
Improvement of our intelligence gathering, analysis and sharing to
stop terrorists before they can do harm,
A tougher, smarter, more effective war on terror,
The securing of nuclear materials worldwide,
A speed-up in drug and vaccine development,
and,
did I mention he will raise taxes only on those making $200,000 or
more?
