We've wasted about $300 billion to date on Bush's Folly. That money could
have been used here and made a remarkable difference in the quality of
life for Americans everywhere.

Instead, we have a situation in Iraq that will end badly for us, an
invigorated Iran and North Korea, serious unrest in Egypt that may result
in a new government that really hates us, a tremendous increase in opium
poppy cultivation in Afghanistan, et cetera and so forth and so on, and
the neocons continue to ejaculate into their shorts over the fact that our
modern military was able to once again take on and defeat a fourth-rate
power like Iraq.

Isn't it wonderful the peace of mind deficit spending buys?
