The President is a far cry from a conservative but he's
way, way better than some liberal like Kerry or Clinton.
One must often choose something less than ideal in order
to work towards a goal.

This is conservative thought and this is why it succeeds.
Instant gratification is often unrealistic and is something
liberals demand. This is one of the reasons liberals are so
often bitter, angry and frustrated. This is why conservative
politics is unbeatable in the long run.
