We have plenty of life jackets on board to meet the requirements.

But they
are just the 4-to-a-Box ones you get from West Marine. I'm

thinking we
should have some decent ones on board. A friend used to have one

more like a wind-breaker than a life-preserver. I like that idea

probably actually wear it more often. Any reccomendations on

brands that
wear well, etc.?

I solo sail a lot, and a couple of years ago my Daughter in Law got

me
one of those self inflating vests (she also made me promise to wear

it)

Very comfortable -- some times I forget I have it on.

Do you have it on now?

Seeing how it's so comfortable, I'll bet you made him look!!! Just
kidding Jim, I have one of those, too, called Sospenders.
