For that kind of increase, it's got to be that a manufacturing plant has
gone offline for some reason.I expect that the industrial users (auto mfrs,
appliance mfrs, HVAC suppliers) have their supplies locked up years in
advance, so all the adjustment in demand is at the margin- the small
bottom-feeders who break bulk and package the material for consumers. Next
week, they'll be torpedoing the hairspray market.
