And based upon what experience do you render such a judgement? This

is an
army at war, and from time to time the worst aspects of some of the

worst
kind of people come to the fore. Thus has it been ever. So far, the

number of troops involved in criminal and/or antisocial behavior

comprises
something about one-tenth of one percent of the incountry force. I'd

say
the military is doing real well in both their screening and training.


I agree, unfortunately, their are those who are absolutely giddy when
they hear even a hint of bad news. They allow their poor opinion of our
president to taint their view of our country and the brave men and
women of our armed forces. Their pleased when something bad happens.
These kinds of people should seek professional help, they need it.
