Greetings Gene,
It really is NOT that hard to get a copy of all the registered boat owners
in any area. Some years ago I was looking at a towing company.....as part
of my reserch I called....XYZ (Name left out).....and requested a copy of
the registered boat owners in NC. 20 minutes later I had an attachment on
an e-mail ready to go.
I might also add IF yours is a DOC vessel then you can actually search it on
the internet through the USCG site. Boat Name or Number gives you Name
address and Contact info.

I have received a couple of issues of "NCboatinglifestyle" magazine.
It is a pretty decent publication considering its cost... free.
The last issue came with a card that said that I don't have a free
subscription yet..... because I haven't requested it....... just being
a registered boat owner is not enough...... blah, blah, blah....
A registered boat owner? How did they know that? Anybody else get
one of these? Has NC Wildlife sold their mailing list?
