Harry should be editing any news stories he posts here. Such content
should be limited to fair use excerpts with credit to the source. It
is appropriate to include a link when posting the material to an
on-line forum. Posting of such items in their entirety is a copyright
violation.

And no, simply inlcuding the copyright notice at the end does not make
it legal to post items in their entirety. Excerpts should be very
limited - a paragraph or two with attribution.
