As I tow my trailered boat to the fenced, locked storage yard, I pass a
neighbor's boat parked in his side yard, uncovered, electronics out for
weather and everyone else to see. He'll probably never suffer a loss...
but it is even less likely that I will suffer a loss due to theft.
