That's not the act of an insurgency. Insurgencies don't attack their
own
people...particularly at medical facilities. The bombing was done by
terrorists...most likely from neighboring countries.
What evidence do you have of the above allegations?
Whatever you do, please don't whine to me how these animals deserve
