The combination wasn't available when I wrote that part, but it may
have changed... I have been working on this for a really long time.

I think it took me 15 minutes, and nearly half of that was poking

which is untrue after introduction of the NRS Anti-Gravity top
last season.

Depending on what interpretation you want to take concerning
flotation,
I would guess that most paddling gear provides something. I'm
guessing that
most of my gear would achieve at least neutral fresh water buoyancy.
