not decide to whom such stipends are paid, and to whom they are not? Can
one, in good conscience, assess fees to be paid by lurkers to the likes of
Bubbles or Jon-boy? And should certain individuals not be accrue greater
remuneration than others. Certainly Neal, DSK, Katy, Oz, Scotty,
Gilligan, or the long-lost Nav, for examples, would command greater monies
than would myself, Jeff, or BB the Inept.
