SeaRef Marine Reference Onboard Website - 2005 Edition

SeaRef is a library of marine reference information presented in a
convenient website format that comes on a CD and installs on your
computer. It contains over 50 custom pages of practical information on
Navigation, Communications, Safety, Weather, and more plus 25 pop-up
calculators which solve navigational and other mathematical problems of
interest to the mariner. Additionally, SeaRef contains thousands of
pages of the latest versions (as of Jan 2005) of government
publications: US Coast Pilots, Sailing Directions, Light Lists,
Navigation and Seamanship Manuals, Medical Guide, and more. If you
have a PC onboard, you will have instant access to all the information
in SeaRef anytime, anywhere, with no internet connection required.
Home users will find SeaRef interesting and informative too. There is
much more to this product, and it is a bargain considering the volume
of information it contains. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money
back.

For further info including detailed contents, see the eBay listing at:

Question: is this all the public domain stuff that is already
availabe at the USCG / NOAA web sites? I've noticed a lot of people
selling them on Ebay?
