Have a hole in a sleeve of a Gill nylon foul weather jacket.

No one around here (S FL) seems to have any suggestions on how to patch
it.

Anyone know of some sort of glue & patch procedure to water proof the
hole in nylon?

Have you thought of contacting Gill to ask them? The US importer is in GA
(Google for an address/phone #)...if they don't know, they can find out
for you.
