House Ways and Means chairman Rep. Bill Thomas [R-CA] on Sunday claimed

Thomas is a freakin' lunatic. I've seen him give testimony. I was
stunned by his brain's synapses and the connections he drew.
The guy should be in a sanitarium, certainly not congress.
Additionally, there isn't a character in Spongebob who speaks or acts as
fay as Bill Thomas. Ever heard him speak? If he's not in the closet,
nobody is.
California. Now *there's* a liberal state! Even its "conservative" members
are gay and favor affirmative action.
Not from what I've heard from Bill Thomas. He's as "moral" as they
come.
In the mold of Bill Bennett, Henry Hyde and Newt.
