He doesn't need to, John. You've already seen one glaring example of the
government's willingness and ability to remove certain rights. Unless, of
course, you are claiming that the case of Jose Padilla is a complete
fabrication, and that the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals reviewed something
that didn't exist. Is that what you're saying?
