Though it's not quite as much of an issue with a farmer john/jane
wetsuit as it can be for a wetsuit with full length arms, wearing an
anti-chafing top underneath a wetsuit can be a good thing; especially
when you're going to be paddling for hours on end. You can usually
find something like this in surf shops.

Anti-chafing! Sounds so...serious. But I don't like chafing, so I guess this
is important :-)
