Indeed..... that's the primary excuse from many.

I've come to accept a greater power in my life and ask forgiveness from
anyone who I may have hurt in any way.

Isn't it a wonder how the belief in a greater being manifests so readily
during a crisis. What makes you think you have done anything so terrible
that it is worthy of forgivness?
My Dad always told me that apologizing was a waste of time..... your energy
is better spent on correcting the situation.
