And, yes, I DO say it's illegal to abandon boats in CA.
And
it
is.
If
you think that when they beach a boat and let the
salvagers
have at
it,
that it's not abandonment, then you are just dumb. Now,
IF
they
are
doing as you said, they are also violating your states
environmental
laws. So, you lied, you know it.
California Bile isn't overly concerned about
environmental
issues.
True, but, regardless, there are such laws. And he can't
tell
me
that
the harbors are just abandoning boats against state laws
and
statutes.
Where are they abandoning the boat? They are putting it in
temporary
storage, and since they now own the boat, they can let all
the
salvagers
they want at the boat.
Oh, NOW they are putting it in "temporary storage, huh? Please,
I've
asked before, give the number of the marina that is doing this.
I'd
like to talk to them. I'll give a full report, including the
name
of
the person I talk to, so anyone here can see for themselves
that
you
are full of ****. YOU said that they run the boat up on the
beach
and
let the salvager's have at it. That is a damned LIE. IF they
did
that,
they'd have more lawsuits, criminal charges, and environmental
citations than they knew what to do with.
Why would they have criminal charges. They own the beach, they
own
the boat
(mechanics lien), and what is enviromentally pooched?
Jeez, you are dumb, Bill. It doesn't matter who owns the beach.
That
doesn't give them a right to dump boats there.
There are very strict environmental laws dealing with illegal
dumping
in CA waters, regardless of whether it actually causes
environmental
harm. I suggest you read your own state's laws before commenting
further, your looking like an ass. Now, let me check my email and
see
if Pillar point has gotten back to me yet. If so, I'll post it
here, so
you can, again, be wrong.
Temporary beaching is allowed you doofus. And the beaching is only
temporary. The beach is normally nice a clean of boats. Lots of
bird poop,
etc. Damn you show you show your stupidity. And where are you
registered
as a PE Kevin?
Uh, you dumb ass, again, I've shown you SEVERAL laws where abandoning
watercraft in CA waters is illegal. Please show me ONE where it IS
legal. Can you? Now, "temporary beaching" is fine. BUT, temporary
beaching isn't what you've suggested that the marinas there are doing.
YOU said that they beach the boats, and let the salvagers have at them.
That, is not temporary. Again, show me a law that says that it is
legal. You can't, because there is none. I've shown, and found pages
and pages of CA law that says that it is ILLEGAL. The proof is in the
pudding, as they say, and I've shown ALL of the proof here in this
argument, and you've shown NONE. I'm awaiting Pillar Point's official
word on the matter, and I'll post it here, so we'll KNOW who's stupid.
Speaking of stupid, I'm not Kevin, and I'm registered in several
states.
