There are very strict environmental laws dealing with illegal dumping
in CA waters, regardless of whether it actually causes environmental
harm. I suggest you read your own state's laws before commenting

Temporary beaching is allowed you doofus. And the beaching is only
temporary. The beach is normally nice a clean of boats. Lots of bird poop,
etc. Damn you show you show your stupidity. And where are you registered
