Yes, it's called a memory. If you are competent enough to sail/boat, use
logs, and calculate your position, you ought to be able to remember a time
count on a watch for a few minutes while you calculate. If not, just write
down the time first before you begin calculating your position.
I fail to see the need for a watch that you can pause.
