I bet that you laughed as much as I did when you heard GW refer to
"Presents" Clinton and Bush senior. The poor idiot can't even pronounce
his own job title.

I was also impressed by the fact that Bush increased the Tsunami aid after
France offered more than the USA. I bet that you were impressed too.
