The question should maybe re-worded
The sun shine on the Earth in a constant fashion. No change ever. ( The
exception being Bob C's Bible, with the Earth being the center and the
sun, moon and stars being out in Earth sky to rise and fall)

I'm sure you know the Sun shines constantly and it is the Earth's
horizons that moves. The Sun never, ever rises all falls. That is only a
figure of speech and wrong.
