Sounds good Thom. We had a nice family gathering at my Moms house.
Turkey and all the trimmings. She made apple pie and pumpkin pie and
we imported a pecan pie from VA. Oh, and two big cans of Christmas
cookies.

Scott and Scout;
Just wanted you to know there will be a Dutch Tradition at Christmas
Dinner today at my Son's Home.
I've baked three pies; An Amish Apple, a Raisin Pie (Funeral Pie)
and a
Cherry.
I became a real fan of Pa Dutch baking and missed it so much here in
the
NW. I learned to bake their pies after my wife died. I've gotten
pretty
damn good at it. Enough so. that I get requests for the pies. Even
from
the Bellingham Police department. ( My Daughter-in-law works there)
Scout, I lived in Philly for thirty-two years.
Twenty of them in Lower Bucks ( Blue Ridge Section of Levittown)
Worked
for the Atlantic Refining Company on Passyunk Ave. Commuted on
I-130.
