I would recommend everybody here save it as a favorite and make it
available for off-line reading. Do this by using the synchronize function
in IE. I selected download two levels of links deep.

You will make available on your computer hundreds of dollars of
government publications, light lists, etc. In short, it's everything
a sailor should have in the way of reference material readily at
hand.
