Did you ever hear of the Truman/ Marshal Plan and the Billions of
dollars (US at 1946 rates) given away gratis of US tax payers funds?
Have you even the slightest idea how many of the countries of the world
had there inferstructer rescued by the plan?

Can you name any other country on this Globe that even tried to help?

That's the money and the effort we remember. I think we have the right
