Many of the tugs / barges / workboats on the Chessy have so many deck
lights on at night, you can't pick out the nav lights. Big ships also.

Doug,
The question is asking about the barge, not the towboat. The three
vertical
lights on the towboat would involve a towing astern configuration,
not
towing/pushing ahead.
