Tug and Barge and you are on the Gulf Coast probably in the Mississippi
Delta Area, since a sailboat under sail is involved on one of the ICW
canals leading from someplace like Pontchartrain to or from the Gulf. The
bridge in mind is most likely one crossing said canal system on Int.
510/LA47/Paris Road. Or someplace similar.

Your meeting a tug pushing a 200 ft loaded barge that is west bound
right at a bridge. It looks to tight to pass under the bridge.
Who has the right of way?
