I know some neighborhoods right here in the USA where his kind of talk
would get him a punch in the nose, or worse.

Blue neighborhoods in blue cites in blue counties in blue states, no doubt.
Which means that I'd be safe in 90% of the neighborhoods in this great
country of ours.
