Well, I don't mean to be uncharitable, but it looks to me like there is
long-term corrosion in several of your pictures. I wouldn't buy a boat with
problems like the ones shown in these photos because I think they are
indications of poor past maintenance:

I don't think corrosion like that developed after the sinking.
