INLAND ONLY Which lights are required for a barge,
not part of a compostite unit, being pushed ahead?
A. Sidelights and a sternlight
B. Sidelights, a special flashing light, and a sternlight.
C. Sidlights and a speical flashing light.
D. Sidelights, a towing light, and a sternlight.

thre vertical lights if it exceeds 200 meters in length (which would be
a pretty darn big barge).

Doug,
The question is asking about the barge, not the towboat. The three vertical
lights on the towboat would involve a towing astern configuration, not
towing/pushing ahead.
