I've not heard Scupper howl yet, but he loves fireworks. The Navy Academy
had fireworks the other night, as soon as we heard the first couple Scupper
had to get outside to see them. It's funny, he figured out the colored
lights in the sky his second July 4th, but he checks out the other people on
boats and the echos off buildings around us!
