I understand your point. I'd be curious to find out exactly how much
pollution boats produce. We might be surprised. For instance, I was
shocked to learn a lawnmower pollutes as much, in an hour, as 40 late
model cars. I'm not sure that the lawnmower is *that* dirty or, cars have
gotten that clean.
