Globestar does not.

We have traqelled from Australia to Thailand and used the Iridium
system. Also used uuplus to send and receive emails. Works very well.
Now have trouble with the fixed antenna and can't get anyone who knows
how to fix it. Any helpers on circuits ot test procedures
