A 1206 was pretty good 35 years ago. Today, kids are either smarter...or
they've dumbed down the test.
Or they're "teaching to" the test.
That's the downside of using objective tests as a standard for evaluating
schools or eductional achievement. A group of kids could learn *noting* beyond
the answers to the test questions, yet if all the kids in the group scored
highly the community would assume the schools were doing a fabulous job.
