That page says it was last updated on May 6, 2003. Nothing on it has
changed since then, (I looked at it just before posting my challenge)
and the real Neal is much too fastidious to overlook changing that
date when updating the page. I even mentioned the date in particular,
and it still didn't change.

This imitation Captain Neal could prove he was the real deal very
