No. The biggest that I've maneouvered in a tight situation is 47'.

I can tell you that having a bow thruster makes it much easier, and
gives a huge margin of safety.

I agree that a bow thruster would make life much easier.

Equally, a 260hp engine would be more convenient than a set of sails????
