babies, John? Don't hold back on us...don't be covert...just say it...go

The mothers of these babies are sorely lacking in personal and
parental responsibility. Because the parental responsibility is
non-existent, the same traits get passed to the next generation, which
becomes the next crop of middle- and high school dropouts.
