Well, that certainly was more helpful. Thanks. However I find it
typical
that BB failed to mention that one can obtain a Coastal Gestapo permit to
travel to Cuba. His implication was that it couldn't be done without CG
interdiction. Of course he was in error.

Your response does nothing to support your premise that travel by boat to
Cuba cannot be accomplished.
