It could save loads of time, but would only waste tons of money. And of
course, it would save *you* time (thus revealing your selfish motives)
but be a big hassle for everybody else... and it would be far more
likely to let more terrorists slip through.

Please explain your contention. Or has the fact that every one of the
terrorists of 9/11/01 were males of Arabic descent between the ages of 18
and 45 escaped you? Apart from Tim McVey, can you name one single episode
of terrorism against the US in which the perps did not fit the above
description?
