Ummmm Bubbles have you ever looked at the economics of buying cheap
non precision tools?
Realistically you can buy a new one every two years and be no worse
off than having bought an expensive tool over its lifespan with the
bonus that you get new innovations as they come onto the market.

I think this approach has its benefits too. Needed to cut a pile of
roofing iron, didn't want to get metal dust in my good saws so I bought
a Chinese 7 1/4" circ saw with a 2 year warranty. I killed it on the
last sheet I needed to cut - smoke escaped. Took it back and got
another one :-) That's now my 'butcher' saw I let other people use and
if it gets dropped off the rafters, so what.

Ditto with a small angle grinder. The good Metabo stays in my hands.
