Nevertheless, it's common to have a large turnover within the Presidents
cabinet after an election.


After his '96 election, Clinton changed almost 60% of his Cabinet,
including:

Defense Secretary
Secretary of State
Secretary of Commerce (actually, he had the Sec of Commerce killed in April
of '96)
Secretary of Labor
Secretary of HUD
Secretary of Transportation.
Secretary of Energy
Secretary of Veterans Affairs



Clinton also had 3 different Secretaries of Treasury, but didn't change
*immediately* following the '96 election.


History shows that you can't read anything important into Cabinet changes.


Oh, but to change the team that's attacking terrorism would be a mistake
according to Mr. Cheney.

Sounds like the team is dismantling itself.

Hopefully Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz will be among them.
