it's a tad cool for my taste. I have a retired buddy who moved to Costa
Rica a few years ago, bought himself a small coffee plantation for under
$100,000, and plays at farmer and fishing guide. Costa Rica is pretty
stable and the weather is great.

There are a number of places in this world that offer better lifestyles
to capable adults who wish to become American ex-pats. I think it would
be a perfect squelch if significant numbers of this country's best and
brightest thinkers just picked up and left, and watched from afar as the
United States sank deeper and deeper into the fascist primordial soup.
The United States is becoming less and less relevant in the world
economy and the world order, and at some point the enemies it is
creating for itself may well ally, at least for a day, and deal this
country a really serious blow. You do not need aircraft carriers,
submarines, or missiles to set off dirty nukes in the top 20 markets on
the same day. And that would do it.
